After installing NAVSTAX v1.80502 and configured for P3Dv4 the airplanes panel.cfg file was not updated until I selected P3Dv3!
However the bigger problem is that the NAVSTAX avionics displays (freq,..) turn only on when ? aircrafts like P38L or PC-6 Porter are selected.
With the default Maule, F35,… or Caronado PA-28 Archer II the displays are blank.
Only the squelch sound is audible! With FSUIPC I monitored avionics and battery power sources.
But there is no difference to ? planes.
Appreciate any help to get the stack working also for the default planes.

Thanks for feedback. I agree with your view: It is weird.
By the way "yurirodin" has the same problem, when I understand his post right!
Therefore my trials step by step:
a) System information
NAVSTAX v1.80502, P3Dv4.5 HF2 running at Windows 10x64
b) Navstax panel config issue (named panel.cfg files attached in zip)
First I cannot change the P3Dv4 panel.cfg file, when selecting P3Dv4. However it works when I select P3Dv3.
My P3Dv4 path: C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\SimObjects
This setting changes the P3Dv4 panel.cfg files!
Screen shot at attached pdf
c) 2D panel issue
P3Dv4 default Maule M7 260C
After this I could select the Maule Navstax 2D stack, switch on avionics but the displays stay blank.
Screen shot at attached pdf
The same stays for the default Piper Cub (maybe possible as no radios are installed, but I switched on power via GoFlight panels)
Screen shot at attached pdf
P3Dv4 default MV P-38L
As Navstax (3D VC) at MV PC-6 Porter works I checked the 2D stack at MV P-38L. And it works. The question is now what is different for the MV aircrafts compared to the default P3D? Unfortunately I could not spot a difference in the panel.cfg file nor in power offsets.
Again thanks for support and help to make this nice panels working.

Re: Blank 2D display: P3Dv4 and NAVSTAX
the problem lay on aircraft, not enough electrical power. default Piper J3Cub has no electricity and Maule 260C only have 12 volt.
aircraft.cfg section [electrical], set max_battery_voltage = 24.0

Re: Blank 2D display: P3Dv4 and NAVSTAX
Thanks for feedback.
Yes, true. For the Maule it works.
Unfortunately many 12V aircraft (like Caronado PA-28,...) do not work/power up with a 24V bat setting.
Therefore it would be very helpful if the bat voltage could be selected or edited in the NavStax config settings!
Or is it possible to read the aircraft file and set the bat voltage accordingly or whatever is safe to implement?

Re: Blank 2D display: P3Dv4 and NAVSTAX
unfortunately, Bendix king technical spec need minimum 13.5 volt with 7 amp, and 27.5 volt with 4 amp.
